Even at an early age large sums of money had to change hands before either
my sister or myself were prepared to smile for the camera. Ian, on the other
hand, always had an inane grin on his self-satisfied physog. He obviously knew
something that we didn't.
Castle Donington racetrack in the East Midlands with the Robbo Clan on a fun day
out learning to hurl themselves at great speed around the tarmac. It's not often
that you see the words 'Robbo Clan' and 'fun' in the same sentence.
What a lovely, cute little boy. The one on the right that is.
Me, of course, with my elder bruv Ian on the left and our late paternal
grandfather wishing that we would go away.

Having fun in an old graveyard. Sorry, but there wasn't a lot else to do on a
wet Sunday afternoon in Motherwell in those days. Daddy Robbo's the one peering
over the gravestone. Little did we know then that our sacrilege would
result in us all being cursed forever more. Yes, that's right, we all ended up
getting married - tae wimmin!

ROBBO FACT
In 1997 the current Lady Robbo, in a bit of a flounce, moved herself and all of her staff permanently
into the West Wing of Robbo Towers after Lord Robbo retired to the marital bed
one particularly hot & humid summer’s night without first donning the required 2 layers of
jimjams. She refuses to return until suitable precautions are reinstated.
